IDFInvestments stands for "Israel Deal Flow Investments". It was founded by Mr. Miki Berkovich in 2015.

Miki was the head of the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Investment Banking team in BDO Israel. Today Miki leads M&A consulting processes for MBO's (Management Buyouts), Corporations, Investment Companies and other significant International Firms who put focus on Israeli related M&A, both in Inbound and Outbound transactions.

In the Private Equity arm of IDFInvestments, Miki leads equity investments in Israeli Mid-Market companies.

Miki has an extensive experience in M&A, Strategic Planning, Corporate/Business Development, Business and Financial process lead, Due Diligence management and Economic Evaluations for various industries, in Israel and abroad. Miki’s experience is within several industries such as: Services, Trade (Import/Export), Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Consumer Products, Real-Estate, Entertainment, and more.

 

Miki holds a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University in Beer-Sheva and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Tel-Aviv University.
